The Customer Media Review Gallery
Showing off customer uploaded photos and videos is the best way to create social proof. You can now do this with the Customer Media Review Gallery, which is automatically enabled as default when you install HelpfulCrowd.
The gallery collects and displays all of the photos and videos that customers have uploaded for a specific product. It is located on the main Product Tabs widget.
The photos are only shown for the reviews selected. If there is a filter on the reviews, only the photos that are attached to the filtered reviews will show. In the example below, the visitor has searched on the term 'hemp', which has returned one review with two media items attached. The two media items are shown in the Media Review Gallery.
Images in both the Media Gallery and on the review can be opened to full screen in a light box with a single click. Once there, the user can paginate left and right to view the images.
How to enable and disable the Customer Review Media Gallery
Go to Display > Settings | Reviews
Enable or Disable Display media reviews
Save
